George F. Black, CPC
President / CEO

Mr. Black has served as President and CEO of the RSA Family of Companies since 1996. Over that period, he has led the company to a 150% growth in revenue, a 100% growth in new customers, and has championed the addition of a creative new delivery model called PartnerITSM. PartnerITSM delivers information technology outsourcing and consulting designed to help better optimize business - providing the benefits of outsourcing while preserving control and flexibility through a variety of just-in-time staffing models.

His commitment: delivering 100% satisfaction to RSA customers.

His association with RSA began in 1981 after a successful 14-year career in Information Technology, predominantly working in the insurance industry.

Mr. Black attended Texas A&M University and graduated from Galveston College with an AAS in Science in 1977. He earned his designation as a Certified Personnel Consultant in 1986. He has served as a director on the boards of the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC) and National Personnel Associates Contract Services Company.

Mr. Black is an active civic and community leader; serving as an elected Regent, Galveston Community College; Chairman, First Lutheran Church Endowment Trustees; Captain and CEO, Galveston Mardi Gras Krewe of Gambrinus; Scoutmaster and Past Chairman, Island District, Bay Area Council Boy Scouts; Past President, First Lutheran Church Vestry; and a past president of the Galveston Kiwanis and Galveston Jaycees.

"I'll be here when you need me," says Mr. Black, "and won't disappear like so many of the branch managers of large nationwide firms." RSA pledges the ethical delivery of services, and the commitment to understanding the business of its customers.

Stephen C. Sweeney
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Sweeney works to ensure excellence in all areas of RSA's business by creating positive experiences for customers, staff, and candidates. He is responsible for the governance and execution of RSA's business plan for growth, which includes building business processes and capabilities that enable RSA to grow and scale. He guides RSA toward increasing its market share through organic growth, new service offerings, as well as acquisition and partnership.

Mr. Sweeney served as RSA's Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RSA from 2003 to 2005. His previous business experience included the founding or co-founding of several Houston area companies; Clinic Station, the Clareo Group, and Spur Digital. At Computer Associates, he was a Senior Vice President / General Manager of Professional Services. Prior to Computer Associates, Mr. Sweeney directed the growth of Information Management professional services practices for PLATINUM technology, and holds certifications in leadership / mentoring, project management, sales management, and negotiation

Mr. Sweeney received his MBA, with Academic Excellence, from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. There Mr. Sweeney received the prestigious William Michael Shermet award, a Batten Entrepreneurial Scholarship, and a Frank E. Genovese Fellowship. Mr. Sweeney received his B.A. in Psychology from The University of Virginia and is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK).

He has been an active member of the Houston Technology Center, the MIT Forum of Texas, The Rice Alliance, and the Greater Houston Partnership's Emerging Business Council. He serves as a Director of the West Ranch Management District.

Sally Culley
Vice President / Staffing

As the head of RSA's staffing operations, Ms. Culley is responsible for RSA's daily operations focusing on growing the Staffing business through strategy and business development. Her responsibilities include sales leadership, mentoring and customer solutions. Ms. Culley has a strong focus in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent solutions in corporate accounts as well as new client partnerships.

Ms. Culley Joined RSA in 2000 and was part of RSA's staffing solution projects for large accounts. Previously Ms. Culley held the Vice President of Operations for Stellar Technologies, an IT consulting and staffing firm. She has also held roles of a Sr. Business Development Manager, Recruiting Director, Sr. IT Recruiter and has been involved with several start-up companies. In recognition of her achievements in sales and recruiting, Ms. Culley has earned numerous top producer awards. She is a key member of RSA's Executive Committee. She attended the University of Houston for Business Management and Alvin College for Court Reporting. Ms. Culley is a certified Technical Recruiter and Sales Trainer.

Larry Kaufman
Senior Vice President / Services

As the head of RSA's consulting services, Mr. Kaufman provides leadership and vision to the Services Delivery Organization of RSA. He is charged with the development of the business plan for growing the resources necessary to execute RSA's expansion plan for its technical and professional services area. He is a key member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Kaufman joined RSA after servicing as the founder and CTO of Llesiant, a Business Intelligence Service Provider and 16 years with Landmark Graphics / Halliburton, where he held the position of General Manager of Data & Applications Management Solutions.

Larry holds a BS in Applied Science from the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jason Kuhn
Vice President / Consulting CIO

Mr. Kuhn has played a significant role in establishing the direction of RSA's business consulting and outsourcing services, since joining RSA in 2001. His extensive background in IT management, business process and technology have made a significant contribution to RSA's growth in its IT Consulting and Managed Services offerings. In his current role, Mr. Kuhn is responsible for RSA's high-profile client engagements, where his expertise and experience in business operations, business process management and technology solutions are key to their on-going success. As RSA's CIO strategist, he provides expert direction in defining new RSA PartnerITSM offerings and leadership for delivery of RSA's PartnerITSM Consulting CIO Services.

Mr. Kuhn began his career with IBM and has been associated with the Information Technology (IT) industry since 1969, acquiring a substantial background in application development, consulting and IT operations. He has headed IT departments for a major gas pipeline company, a diversified oilfield exploration and production equipment manufacturer, a major receivables management service and call center outsourcing firm.

Mr. Kuhn has extensive experience managing and delivering IT contracts and projects for both commercial and government clients. He has served in sales and business development positions for IT services firms.

Mr. Kuhn holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Houston.

Richard O. Gross
Vice President / CPO

Mr. Gross joined RSA in 1980, one of the original founders. He continues to be a driving force behind RSA' s permanent placement and staffing business. His leadership helps RSA to grow and maintain its reputation for service and integrity. He has established long-term relationships with clients that include Fortune 500 companies, emerging entrepreneurial businesses and serve a broad spectrum of industries. He has an outstanding placement record in locating highly qualified technical and management candidates for these enterprises.

Prior to 1980, Mr. Gross held positions as an Actuarial Manager, IT Auditor, IT Systems Development Manager and IT Director in the insurance industry. He has been associated with the Information Technology industry since 1967. Mr. Gross holds a BBA degree, from the University of Houston. Mr. Gross is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) member. His outstanding performance in permanent placement resourcing services has earned him PLATINUM Level Member status in the National Personnel Association Cooperative (NPA) in recognition of his achievements.

Jani Clemons
Vice President

Ms. Clemons is responsible for the development of RSA's mid-range platform business including staffing, search and project services. Ms. Clemons has a record of integrity and accomplishments in securing repeat business and delivering customer satisfaction. Ms. Clemons established the mid-range business unit at RSA, leading to the development of service programs directed at mid-range clients, defining and implementing best practices for on-going customer support. By providing career development planning and coaching to RSA's consultants, Ms. Clemons considers the consultant's skills, personality and goals when matching the client's requirements; paying attention to the special needs of mid-range businesses.

Ms. Clemons joined RSA in 1990, bringing experience in placement services, real estate and retail management and television advertising. She attended Southwest Texas University. Ms. Clemons received multiple "Sales" awards through the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC) and has been recognized for her success by several professional employment and human resource organizations.

Jeffrey F. Glenn
Director of Sales & Marketing

As RSA's Director of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Glenn oversees the day-to-day operations of the RSA sales and marketing teams. He joined RSA, in 2006, bringing extensive sales leadership and sales training experience. He is charged with expanding RSA's presence in the business and technical consulting markets as well as growing and mentoring RSA's account management team.

Prior to joining RSA, Mr. Glenn held the position of Corporate Sales Director for Lantana Communications, where he was responsible for sales and partner development. Under his leadership that sales team achieved substantial revenue growth. He also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Inter-Tel Technologies, Sales Manager at Avaya, and was an account executive for Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

Mr. Glenn holds a B.S. in Business Management Computer Science from East Texas Baptist University. He has received numerous awards for outstanding sales results, sales leadership, and mentorship skills.

An active member of the Woodbridge Baptist Church, Mr. Glenn coaches youth basketball, is a youth program advisor, teaches Sunday School, and is a sponsor for its local mission program. He is a volunteer in the Second Baptist Church and Northwest Bible Church job ministry programs.

Gloria M. Hinton
Director of Finance

Ms. Hinton joined RSA bringing over 12 years of experience as a CPA and over 14 years in the banking sector. As Director of Finance she is responsible for all financial aspects of RSA and contract administration.

Prior to joining RSA, Ms Hinton held the position of Controller for Hurricane Glass, Inc., Municipal Emergency Services/Four Alarm Fire Equipment, Data Duplicators, Inc., and Caesar J. Thibodeaux, Inc.

Ms. Hinton received her BS-Accounting degree from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She achieved Dean's List and President's List rankings. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Hinton recently earned membership status in the 50 States Marathon Club.
