Sally Culley - Senior Vice President, GM of Staffing

As the leader of RSA Corp IT staffing services, Sally Culley is responsible for the daily operations focused on growing the staffing business through strategy and business development. Her responsibilities include sales leadership, mentoring and customer solutions. Culley has a strong focus in contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire in corporate accounts, as well as new client partnerships. 

Culley joined RSA Corp in 2000 and was responsible for staffing solution projects for large accounts. Previously, she held the position of vice president of operations for Stellar Technologies, an IT consulting and staffing firm. She also held the roles of senior business development manager, recruiting director and senior IT recruiter.

Culley has been involved with several startup companies. In recognition of her achievements in sales and recruiting, Culley has earned numerous top producer awards. She is a key member of RSA Corp’s executive committee. She attended the University of Houston for Business Management and Alvin College for Court Reporting. Culley is a certified Technical Recruiter and Sales Trainer.
