Richard Gross - Vice President

Richard Gross joined RSA Corp in 1980 as one of the original founders. He continues to be a driving force behind the company’s permanent placement and staffing business. His leadership helps RSA Corp grow and maintain its reputation for service and integrity. 

Gross has built long-term relationships with clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including Fortune 500 companies and emerging entrepreneurial businesses. He has an established placement record in locating highly qualified technical and management candidates for these enterprises. 

Prior to 1980, Gross has held positions such as actuarial manager, IT auditor, IT systems development manager and IT director in the insurance industry. He has been associated with the information technology industry since 1967. Gross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) member. His outstanding performance in permanent placement resourcing services has earned him platinum level member status in NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network in recognition of his achievements.
