Founded as Robert Shields and Associates, RSA Corp named George F. Black as President and CEO in 1996. Black continued Robert Shields’s legacy and commitment to growth by expanding the company’s IT staffing offerings to include business technology consulting services. He has led the company to a 150 percent growth in revenue and secured a spot for RSA Corp on the Houston Fast Tech 50 for three consecutive years.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stephen C. Sweeney works to ensure RSA Corp excels in all areas of business by creating positive experiences for clients, candidates and employees. He is responsible for the governance and execution of the RSA Corp business plan for growth, which includes building business processes and capabilities that enable the company to grow and scale. He guides RSA Corp toward increasing its market share through organic growth, new service offerings, as well as acquisition and partnership.
Named Vice President and Consulting CIO in 2001, Jason Kuhn has 40 years of experience in the information technology industry. At RSA Corp, Kuhn plays a significant role in establishing the direction of the company’s business technology services and leading the consulting team. His extensive background in IT management, business processes and technology have made a considerable contribution to the growth of the ENCOMPASS™ IT support and CIO consulting offerings.
As the leader of RSA Corp IT staffing services, Sally Culley is responsible for the daily operations focused on growing the staffing business through strategy and business development. Her responsibilities include sales leadership, mentoring and customer solutions. Culley has a strong focus in contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire in corporate accounts, as well as new client partnerships.
Gloria Hinton joined RSA Corp in 2006 and brings more than 17 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and more than 14 years in the banking sector. As Director of Finance, she is responsible for RSA Corp financial operations and contract administration.
Jani Clemons brings 20 years of experiences developing new business for technology staffing, search and project services. She has a record of integrity and accomplishments in securing repeat business and delivering customer satisfaction. Clemons focuses on retail, oil and gas, manufacturing and insurance industries. She also leads ventures into new markets such as government and green energy. Clemons leads the development of industry-specific service programs by defining and implementing best practices for ongoing customer support.
Richard Gross joined RSA Corp in 1980 as one of the original founders. He continues to be a driving force behind the company’s permanent placement and staffing business. His leadership helps RSA Corp grow and maintain its reputation for service and integrity.
As Practice Manager for RSA Corp managed IT services, Jeremy D. Ross oversees the development and growth of offerings, which include ENCOMPASS managed IT support, onsite consulting services, network monitoring and help desk. Jeremy is dedicated to delivering a service that produces high value while maintaining a cost-effective delivery model.
As Practice Director for RSA Corp, Joan E. Kreidle oversees the delivery of IT projects, which include ERP Implementations, Custom Development, Systems Integration, Infrastructure, and Business Process Improvement projects.
