When headcount budgets don’t allow for a full-time resource, but the candidate is a perfect fit for the position, rely on contract-to-hire to offer the most flexibility.

Should you decide that a contractor is not a right fit, there is no obligation to offer full-time employment at the end of the contract.  We perform all recruiting, screening and administration of payroll and benefits leading up to the transition to direct employment.
