Our story begins nearly 30 years ago when RSA Corp began as Robert Shields & Associates. Since 1980, our company has been dedicated to helping Houston-area companies solve business pain and drive growth through technology solutions, people and processes. We believe leveraging technology is key to growing a business.  As a strategic partner, we examine the business vision of each client and then build technology solutions to support that vision.

We focus on providing IT staffing services, managed IT support for small and medium-sized businesses, and business technology consulting and project services. Through a shared vision, we strive to attain excellence in all we do while championing growth, high standards and innovation. Our History

Robert Sheilds & Associates was founded in 1980 as a search and staffing firm serving the greater Houston and Galveston areas.  In 1996, after the death of Robert Shields, George F. Black became the new president and CEO.  Black committed to preserving the legacy of his predecessor and his dedication to growth.  By expanding offerings to include business technology consulting and technical services, as well as IT staffing, RSA Corp has grown into a full-service technology partner.
